Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to enhance Dohome’s core financial and operational processes: Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R). The successful candidate will analyze, redesign, and implement improvements to drive efficiency, reduce cycle times, and ensure compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of these processes, strong analytical and management skills, and the ability to lead teams and stakeholders to support Dohome’s mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Order to Cash (O2C):

    • Optimize the end-to-end process from customer acquisition to cash collection, including customer onboarding, sales process, price negotiations, credit sales, pickup and delivery, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

    • Streamline price negotiation and credit sales processes to reduce delays and improve efficiency, without directly negotiating prices or managing credit terms.

    • Enhance customer acquisition, order accuracy, pickup/delivery workflows, and payment collection to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and boost customer satisfaction.

  • Procure to Pay (P2P):

    • Streamline procurement for home construction materials, improvement products, and decorations, from requisition to supplier payment.

    • Enhance vendor coordination for timely delivery, reduce costs, and ensure policy compliance.

    • Eliminate inefficiencies like manual approvals or invoice mismatches.

  • Record to Report (R2R):

    • Improve financial reporting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and period-end close.

    • Accelerate close cycles and ensure accurate reporting of sales and procurement data.

    • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) for financial records.

  • Process Analysis & Design:

    • Map current O2C, P2P, and R2R workflows to identify inefficiencies and risks.

    • Design tailored solutions using best practices and technology (e.g., ERP enhancements, automation).

  • Implementation & Change Management:

    • Lead the rollout of process improvements, coordinating with finance, operations, and IT teams.

    • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure staff adoption.

  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Define and track KPIs specific to each process (e.g., customer acquisition time, invoice-to-cash cycle, PO approval time, financial close days).

    • Use data analytics to measure impacts and refine processes.

  • Team & Stakeholder Management:

    • Manage and mentor a BPI team to execute process improvement initiatives effectively.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics) to align goals and secure buy-in.

    • Apply project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver process improvement projects on time and within scope.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed on industry trends in home improvement retail and wholesale to enhance processes.

    • Foster a culture of efficiency and accountability across teams.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: [3-5 years] in business process improvement, with hands-on experience in O2C, P2P, and/or R2R processes, preferably in retail or wholesale.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of financial and operational process lifecycles (O2C, P2P, R2R), including customer acquisition, sales, and delivery logistics.

    • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

    • Analytical skills to interpret financial, sales, and operational data.

    • Management skills to lead a BPI team, engage cross-departmental stakeholders, and oversee projects.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and change.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to Travel to the Dohome Headquarters in Bang Phun, Pathum Thani : Applicants must be able to commute to the headquarters located in Bang Phun, Pathum Thani, conveniently on a daily basis.
