Asst Logistic Manager (Inventory) (3-5 yrs+ in Assistant Manager)

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
 

• Organize and coordinate monthly meetings, prepare materials, set agendas, and ensure timely follow-up with accurate meeting minutes.

• Conduct reconciliations in accordance with Finance & Accounting (F&A) guidelines; review and approve inventory reports.

• Supervise periodic stock counts across all locations (BLC, NLC, HASTH) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee the stock transfer process, ensuring timely documentation and accurate records in the EBMS system.

• Track exchange gain/loss transactions, report discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions. Manage credit limits for customers.

• Supervise operations staff, conduct performance evaluations, support career development, and coordinate training needs.

• Oversee and streamline the end-to-end customer registration process.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Technical or IT Fields.

• Minimum of 3–5 years in a relevant role, ideally as an Assistant Manager

• Experience in Inventory Management, Sales Support, and Operational or Logistics Coordination.

• Proficient in ERP systems: EBMS, ICENET, and IPOS

• Computer literacy: MS Office 

• Good command of English  

Salary: THB 50,000 - 60,000 (Based on qualifications & experiences)
