Zipcode is seeking a highly motivated Associate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic People team. She/He will lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growing business needs in the real estate development.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire a diverse and qualified workforce.

• Oversee job requisitions, job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring process and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure timely, cost-effective hires.

Recruitment Management

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Leverage data and analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.

Onboarding & Employee Retention

• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company.

• Collaborate with HR to design employee retention initiatives and ensure new hires receive the support they need to succeed long-term.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Promote Zipcode Limited as an employer of choice, showcasing our company culture, values, and commitment to employee growth.

Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and provide insights into talent acquisition trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition.

• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent management.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and research skills.

• Proficiency in a full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written).

• Detail-oriented and keen on digging for more information.

• Growth Mindset and willingness to explore new opportunities.

• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks at the same time.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
