Associate (Strategy & Management Consulting / Strategic Advisory)

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients to understand the requirements and objectives
• Conduct comprehensive research to inform strategic options
• Analyze data and business operations to identify opportunities for improvement or growth
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives
• Work alongside project managers to manage the project timeline and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate program or Graduate program in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Prior experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field
• 2-5 years of work experience (preferably in consulting, accounting, or finance-related fields)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutions
• Proficient in both Thai & English language, with strong skills in conversational and formal written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment
• Ability to meet deadlines with a strong commitment to excellence
