Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and compile materials to facilitate the implementation of the company's business strategy.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals and pitch materials for securing new projects.

• Conduct thorough research to explore emerging trends within the aviation industry, thereby bolstering the company's efforts in new business development.

• Conduct research, analysis, and compose reports and presentations as directed by the project manager, adhering to designated timelines and upholding the company's quality standards.

• Collaborate with clients or partners to collect and furnish necessary data, as specified by the project manager.

• Produce well-crafted, succinct reports and presentations of high quality.

• Detect challenges and put forth prospective solutions for designated projects and tasks.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continually enhancing personal skills and knowledge.

• Undertake directed administration responsibilities.
   

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.

• A minimum TOEIC score of 650 is required.

• Bringing 0-2 years of experience in consulting or the aviation industry.

• Demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a flair for strategic and creative thinking.

• Possess adept communication skills, with a capacity to convey intricate ideas effectively.

• Display enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge of industry trends and best practices, actively staying abreast of the latest developments in the consulting field.

• Exhibit a collaborative spirit, adept at working harmoniously with clients and colleagues, firmly committed to teamwork and cooperation.

• Thrive under pressure, consistently meeting tight deadlines.

• Demonstrate ongoing dedication to learning, a genuine passion for aviation, and a strong commitment to staying updated on trends and cutting-edge technologies in the field.
