Associate - Channel Planning & Execution (Report management)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design KPI, incentive schemes, and recognition programs for service staff.

·         Evaluate KPI reports (weekly and monthly), incentives (monthly), and recognition (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

·         Analyze ATM and branch profitability.

We’re Looking For:

·         Maximum 2 years of relevant experience, or open to fresh graduates.

·         Strong skills in Microsoft Office and report analysis.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, with an organized multitasking ability.

·         Self-motivated, result and detail oriented, and adaptable.

·         Integrity and ethical conduct in handling budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
