Associate - Channel Management & Planning (ATM Development Project)

Why This Role Matters:

This role supports expanding and optimizing our business presence by identifying the best locations for ATMs, branches, and other business needs. You will conduct market research, evaluate potential sites, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to identify strategic locations.

·         Evaluate site suitability based on accessibility, regulations, and infrastructure.

·         Prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.

·         Negotiate with property owners and local authorities to secure locations.

·         Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to meet project requirements.

We’re Looking For:

·         Maximum 2 years of relevant experience, or open to fresh graduates.

·         Strong skills in Microsoft Office and report analysis.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, with an organized multitasking ability.

·         Self-motivated, result and detail oriented, and adaptable.

·         Integrity and ethical conduct in handling budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
