Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Store Management : Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetic appeal both inside and outside the store, following company standards.
- Oversee storefront displays and ensure the proper organization of stockroom inventory.
- Coordination : Liaise with the shopping mall regarding activities, repairs, and other relevant matters.
- Manage in-store merchandise and inventory levels in alignment with company policies.
- Team Leadership : Lead the team to work efficiently by clearly communicating policies, orders, and regulations. Provide training, supervision, and guidance to ensure team members achieve optimal performance.
- Sales Management : Drive sales to meet targets and regularly report on sales performance, store conditions, and operational results to supervisors.
- Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Ensure the quality of customer service meets company standards.
- Reporting : Prepare and summarize expense reports and other required documentation accurately and on time.
Requirement
- Background within a similar industry for at least 2 years.
- Prior experience in multinational brand environment. With related experience is a plus.
- Product and Fashion sensitivity with good knowledge of fashion trend.
- Maximize the business potential of the store.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Lead the team to achieve store target.
- Able to build up team work among the team.
