Job Description 

Operational Focus – Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance the Sales Onboarding Program, ensuring a best-in-class Day One experience where new hires are equipped with essential tools, product knowledge, selling skills, and role clarity from the outset

• Develop, maintain, and implement a technical competency framework to support capability development across roles

• Support the design and execution of a comprehensive, year-round training calendar tailored to various sales levels, aligned with strategic business objectives and capability priorities

• Identify and address capability gaps through the delivery of targeted, impactful training interventions focused on performance improvement and talent growth

• Utilize sales performance data and field insights to inform development initiatives and prioritize capability-building efforts

• Design and facilitate the rollout of new learning modules, tools, and resources to support upcoming development programs

• Partner and engage with cross-functional stakeholders to co-create and deploy learning and development solutions aligned with business priorities, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Food Science, or a related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Training, People Development, or Medical Sales

• Prior experience in the medical channel is an advantage

• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in English, both written and communication
