Assistant Business Investment Manager / Business Investment Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategy & Investment 

• Construct and maintain financial models/valuations for investment decisions (e.g. feasibility study of new investment/expansion projects, and merger & acquisition) and other purposes such as capital raising.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to execute mergers & acquisitions and capital raising initiatives and assist with necessary processes to conclude each transaction.
• Perform financial models/analysis for project biddings.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and assigned projects.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis or Project Feasibility would be a plus.
• Knowledge in Financial Modelling, Project Feasibility, JV, M&A would be a plus.
• Solid knowledge in finance, costing and processes with a good analytics mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge in investor relations, which includes various valuation methodologies and financial accounting.
• Fluent in Thai, not provide work permit
