Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) professional to partner with and influence both internal and external business leaders, providing exceptional HR services to the Church workforce. Our goal is to cultivate a Christ-like and engaged culture, enhance capabilities, and improve organizational effectiveness to support the mission of our Savior in the Asia Area. The Area HR team delivers a comprehensive range of human resources services to over 10 country offices, serving hundreds of employees across Asia. This position reports to the Area Human Resource Operations Manager.

  • Accountable for delivering essential activities within assigned areas: HR operations and department support, legal and compliance, payroll processing, employee relations etc
  • Serve as a Business Partner, liaising with business leaders, vendors, HR counterparts, and the workforce to provide HR solutions and change management support
  • Champion HR technology changes and implementation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and document HR operations processes
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies and guidelines
  • Perform other essential tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or any combination of equivalent education and work experience. Certification in HR preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of industry-related experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered to take up a less senior position
  • Expert knowledge of HR operations and best practices
  • Proven ability to build relationships and consult with business leaders, employees, and vendors
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English and Thai
  • Strong work ethics – Embraces personal accountability; proactively identifies and solves problems; maintains high level of confidentiality
