Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture to lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion. This role requires expertise in architectural planning, design execution, material selection, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given timeline and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs that align with project requirements and company standards.

• Select appropriate materials, colors, and specifications for construction projects.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients to refine design concepts.

• Review and evaluate architectural drawings from external contractors.

• Prepare Detail Drawings and Document Presentations for project execution.

• Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.

• Coordinate project schedules, ensuring alignment between teams and timely completion.

• Work closely with engineer, foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

• Handle client communication, gathering project requirements and providing updates.

• Identify and resolve design and construction-related challenges effectively.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and materials selection records.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Office.

• Experience in client engagement and translating requirements into design solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

• Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Must have Professional Architectural License .
