Establish and maintain an efficient document control system, managing both electronic and physical records. Oversee accommodation arrangements and logistical support for employees and guests. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders. Prepare and distribute official communications, including memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence. Handle financial transactions, manage accounts, and perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, Linguistics or related field. Having at least 1 year of experience an administrative officer, secretary, or personal assistant would be an advantage. Creativity, problem-solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking.
