Accounting AP / GL / Up to 40K BTS Asoke

Position: Account AP (1 head count) and Senior GL (1 head count)

Industry: Hospitality

Working Hour: M-F 09:00 - 18:00 (flexible hrs)

Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 THB

Location: BTS Asoke

Account AP

1.) Process payments to creditors and guides.
2.) Record company expenses as liabilities.
3.) Check payment balances from the head office (from Japan).
4.) Disburse Petty Cash to employees with valid requests.
5.) Issue withholding tax certificates.
6.) Prepare checks / withdraw cash.
7.) Perform other duties as assigned

Senior Accounting (GL)

1.) Record accounts payable, costs, and expenses.
2.) Set up creditor codes in the accounting system.
3.) Prepare inventory reports, manage inventory, conduct monthly stock counts, and reconcile with stock records.
4.) Prepare notes to the financial statements.

Requitement

1.) Bachelor's degree in accounting.
2.) Able to communicate in English.
3.) Experience in Accounts General Ledger (GL) accounting 4-5 years or (AP) accounting 3-5 years
4.) Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
5.) Energetic, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
6.) Must have a guarantor for employment. The guarantor must be a government official or work in a state-owned enterprise with a C2 level or higher, another option is to open Book-bank to deduct 10% from the salary to guarantee (saving for 20 months and will return to the candidate after quitting the job)
