Location: BTS Ekkamai
Working days: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:30), 5 times Sat Working/ Year
Business: Seals and gasket products

Job responsibilities

• Submission of Monthly Data to Accounting Firms: Collecting, organizing, and submitting necessary data on a regular basis.

• Issuance and Sending of Invoices from Customer Systems: Handling the process of accurately issuing, checking, and sending invoices.

• Assistance with the Thai Manager's Tasks: Supporting communication, schedule management, report preparation, and other auxiliary tasks.

• Other General Administrative Tasks: Managing documents, answering phone calls, creating simple materials, and providing various support for office operations.

Qualification

MUST

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

• Good Command of English (Internal Communication is English) and used to use English in previous company.

• Some Experience in Admin or Accounting (At least 2 years in same company)

• Have Basic Knowledge of Accounting  

• Able to start work from 6th May or 9th May.
